Matt BOPP, permanent hotmelt adhesive, super calendered glassine

 Designed for general purposes. It is suitable to be printed by letterpress, screen, flexo and gravure using UV, solvent or water-based inks.

Hotmelt adhesive is a good performance and wide temperature tolerance permanent adhesive, features excellent tack and adhesion on a wide variety of clean substrates like paper, metal, glass, PP/PE/PET, etc.

White/yellow/blue super calendered glassine with good internal strength and luminousness are available. All of them has characters of high-temperature, moisture and oil resistance and are suitable for high-speed auto labeling liner, printing & die-cutting design.

Recommended storage:

Self-adhesive materials are ideally stored at a temperature of 20 - 25 °C and at a relative humidity of 40 - 50%. 

Film labelstock should not be stored under direct sunlight or heat.

Regulations concerning contact with food: 

FDA Compliance:

Title 21, Section 175.105 of the Code of Federal Regulations (21 CFR 175.105). Compliance to this regulation permits the use of this adhesive in applications for which the adhesive either (1) is separated from the food by a functional barrier, which will prevent the migration of any of the adhesive components to the food, or (2) has incidental contact with food limited to the trace amount at the seams or the edges of the label.

Commission Regulation (EC)No. 1935/2004 Compliance:

Comply with the COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) No 10/2011 of 14 January 2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food, and its amendment.
